Please read our return policy below for details on how to return or exchange items.

Return Eligibility:

  • ●  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • ●  Items that are personalized, customized or in sale are not eligible for returns.

  • ●  Returns must be requested within 15 days of the receiving date.

    Return Process:

  • ●  To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ecommerce@waimari.com. Please indicate your full contact details, your order number and reason for return.

  • ●  Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a DHL return shipping label and scheduling a pick up if required.

  • ●  Pack the item securely in the original packaging or in a courier flyer/bag. No boxes are allowed. For unauthorized returns in a box there is an additional $15 USD fee.

    Return Shipping:

  • ●  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. The flat return fee is $30 USD for customers based in the USA and Canada, and $40 USD for customers based in the rest of the world.

  • ●  This fee will be deducted from your store credit.

    Store credit:

● We don’t provide refunds, you can request store credit or an exchange for a new size or style.Store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned item, deducting the return fee.

Defective or Damaged Items:

● If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately to replace the item.

Customer Responsibilities:

● Taxes and duties are not included in the final price. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the corresponding customs amount once the package arrives in the destination country. The courier will initiate contact via email or telephone to provide further instructions.
